Shaun Martin

Shaun is an associate in the firm’s St. Louis Office, where he has the privilege of representing victims who have been tragically affected by mesothelioma. Prior to joining MRHFM, Shaun worked at other national law firms where he represented hundreds of clients who were diagnosed with asbestos-related cancers.
Shaun received his law degree from Southern Illinois University School of Law, where he served as the Treasurer of the Sports Law Association, and was a member of the Phi Alpha Delta (PAD) legal fraternity.
Shaun received his Bachelor of Science degree from Southeast Missouri State University where he majored in Corporate Communications and minored in Political Science. He was a founding father of the Phi Delta Theta Fraternity and served as the first bylaws chairman.
Outside of the office, Shaun spends his free time with his wife, Miranda, and their three children. He enjoys coaching their various sports including soccer and baseball. He is an avid St. Louis Cardinals and Kansas City Chiefs fan and enjoys golfing and watching crime documentaries.
Shaun is a member of the Missouri Bar, the Illinois Bar, the Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis, the Illinois State Bar Association, and is admitted to practice law in the United States District Court Eastern District of Missouri.
Experience
Shaun began his legal career as a litigation attorney working on personal injury and medical malpractice cases. He has focused specifically on asbestos litigation cases since 2019.
