Maxwell grew up in Canada, obtaining his undergraduate degree from Carlton University. From there, he moved to Florida and attended the Florida State University College of Law, where he graduated Magna Cum Laude. During law school, Mr. Che served as a senior member of the Florida State University Law Review and an Executive Editor of the FSU Business Review.
Prior to joining MRHFM, Maxwell litigated complex commercial cases on behalf of individuals and corporations at both large and boutique law firms. He now applies those skills in representing his clients suffering from mesothelioma.
Now living in Chicago, Maxwell is constantly on the lookout for new dining options and exploring the city.
