Jury Awards $730,000 to Former Boilermaker, Ship Surveyor

In 2008 Mr. Charles Akins, a retired boilermaker and ship surveyor, received a dreadful diagnosis that would force him to take a trip down memory laneā€”all the way back to the 1960s.
