In an effort to promote overall health and wellness and give to a great cause, MRHFM has started a Biggest Loser Competition open to all employees.
The partners of MRHFM will donate $1 for every pound lost to O.A.S.I.S. Food Pantry located in St. Charles, MO. Any needy resident of St. Charles County can come to O.A.S.I.S. for food assistance. In addition, O.A.S.I.S. operates a thrift shop that is open to the public and all proceeds go to support the food pantry. The pantry is run by volunteers from a group of churches throughout St. Charles County.
The competition started May 2, 2013 and the final weigh in date is June 27, 2013. Winners are determined by the greatest percentage of body fat lost. We will let you know who the Biggest Losers are at the end of June. Wish us all luck!
